Reverse DNS Issues 31 July 2013 Network-Operations Service Impacting Issue (0) XO Communications, one of our backbone providers is having some DNS related issues which are causing reverse IP lookups to fail, some mail servers will not accept a connection without a reverse ptr record. They are working on the issue now.
