MCR1 upgrade, several small outages expected.
- Approximately 15 to 20 minutes for the RE Upgrade
- 30 minutes to 1 hour for the Chassis upgrade
- Another 10 to 15 minutes for the upgrade of the line card that the customer is provisioned on.
Open Calendar Application
- Choose Accounts
- Choose "Add Other Account..."
- Under the Add a CalDav Account Menu
- Account Type: Manual
- Username: your email address
- Password: your password
- server: mail.a51.co
- Sign In
Notes:
- If asked, leave server path blank
- Use SSL should be checked
- Leave everything else to defaults.
Step by Step instructions for MailSync and MailSync+
- Close Outlook
- Download and Install the Mailenable connector
- Open outlook and create a new account
- From the top menu choose "File" > "Add Account"
- Select "Manually configure service settings or additional server types" > Next
- Choose "Other" then "MailEnable Server"
- Enter your Email Address
- Enter your Password
- Server Address: mail.a51.co
- User Name: {your full email address]
- Your Name: {This should be the name you want people to see when you send an email}
- Description: {This is the folder name that will appear on the right in outlook, name it anything you want}
- [X] Enable advanced configuration
- Select the mailbox tab at the top and choose "Use SSL".
- Under the connection tab we recommend you can choose "Update folders at startup" and "Download entire messages" if the the computer has a high speed connection internet connection.
- Finished.
Now reopen outlook and the new account should be setup.
